SANA'A Aug. 17. 2023 (Saba) - On August 17 for eight years, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression committed heinous crimes against the Yemeni people, killing and injuring dozens of civilians, including women and children.
On August 17, 2015, four citizens were killed and 19 others, most of them women, were injured in the aggression’s raids, targeting a citizen’s house in the city of Jeblah of Ibb province, destroying it and damaging neighboring houses.
Two citizens were killed in the aggression's bombing of a transport truck and a car oil changing shop in Naqil Yasleh area in Bilad al-Rus district in Sana'a province. The aggression warplanes hit a truck loaded with building materials.
The aggression warplanes launched more than 100 raids targeting the areas of al-Ashraf, al-Jafaina, al-Faw and al-Balq, western Marib city and Athban factory, south of the city, and bombed the Halhlan bridge in al-Jeda'an area linking Sana’a-Ma’rib road, which led to its complete destruction and impeded the movement of travelers to and from Marib province.
The aggression warplanes targeted the old youth house and gymnasium in Hodeida province, which led to its complete destruction along with the equipment inside.
In Sa'ada province, the aggression warplanes launched four raids on al-Talh area and four more raids on Sabr area in Sahar district, which damaged a number of citizens' homes and farms, targeting shops belonging to citizens.
In 2016, a citizen was killed and another was injured in a raid launched by the aggression warplanes on a car on the main road in Hawari area in Huth district in Amran province.
Three women were also killed in raids by the aggression's warplanes on a bridge in an area located in al-Selw district in Taiz province, while they were crossing the road, and two raids were launched on the security department building in Samei' district, which caused great damage.
Two women were killed in a raid by the aggression’s warplanes, which targeted their house in Takhya area of Majz district in Sa'ada province. Five citizens were also killed and eight others were wounded in a raid on a fuel station in the city of Sa'ada.
The hostile aircraft launched nine raids on Jabal Shair, al-Hamaki and al-Majaza areas, three raids on Mandaba area in Baqim district, ten raids on separate areas in Ketaf district, and seven raids on the city of Sa'ada and its environs, three of which targeted the Political Security building in the city center, and a raid on a citizen’s house in Manqa Sweih area in Saqain district, all of which caused great damage to citizens' public and private property.
The warplanes launched 12 raids on Kahlan, Sa'ada and al-Abqour area in Sahar district, and two raids on a gas station in Barkan area of Razih border district, which led to the burning of a citizen's car, and launched two raids on Marran area in Haydan district.
The hostile aircraft launched four raids on al-Yatma area and two raids on Aqaba area in Khub Washa`f district of Jawf province, which caused great damage to the citizens' homes, and also launched four raids on the citizens' homes and farms in al-Ghail district in Jawf province.
On this day of the same year, the aggression warplanes targeted, with three raids, the September 21 Park in Maeen district in the capital Sana'a, which resulted in severe damage to public and private property.
In Sana’a province, the aggression warplanes targeted, with three raids, al-Jumaimah area in Bani Hashish district, which caused great damage to agricultural lands, and two raids in al-Manara and al-Majawha areas in Nehm district, causing severe damage to citizens’ property.
In Taiz province, the aggression warplanes launched three raids on citizens' homes in the village of a-Akboush - Ahkom, Haifan district, and a fourth raid destroyed the house of the citizen Abdul-Malik Tarboush and a number of neighboring houses in al-Adouf area of the district.
The mercenaries bombed the villages of al-Ahkom in Taiz province with artillery, which led to the damage of a number of houses, and the displacement of dozens of families.
On August 17, 2017, the aggression warplanes launched two raids on al-Makhdara and al-Rabea districts in Serwah district of Marib province, and targeted with three raids Mawza district in Taiz province.
The hostile air forces launched three raids in Sa'ada province on al-Malil and Khaliqa areas in Ketaf district, and a raid on Baqim district, while intense Saudi missile and artillery bombardment targeted separate areas in the border district of Munabeh.
The aggression warplanes also launched three raids on al-Huthaira area in Jizan region and a raid on Alib Mountains off Najran region.
The aggression warplanes launched a raid on the house of al Munsar in Bayhan, Shabwa province, two raids on al-Mutun district in Jawf province, and five raids on Haradh and Midi districts in Hajjah province.
In 2018, two citizens were killed and two others were injured in raids by the aggression’s warplanes on the citizens’ farms in the al-Jabalia area of al-Tuhaita district in Hodeida province.
The aggression warplanes launched two raids on al-Atfeen area in Ketaf district, while missile and artillery shelling targeted populated villages in the border districts of Munabeh and Sheda in Sa'ada province.
On August 17, 2019, a boy was injured by mercenary fire in al-Suwaiq area of al-Tuhaita district, and three citizens were injured as mercenaries bombed citizens' homes in al-Nasr Street in the 7th of July neighborhood in Hodeida city.
The mercenaries bombed with artillery and machine guns towards the College of Engineering and separate places on 50th Street, and they bombed with artillery towards Hodeida airport, and with heavy and medium calibers and artillery shells at al-Waha, City Max, Yemen mobile roundabout and Sana'a Street, and with more than 40 artillery shells, separate areas south of the city of al-Tuhaita.
Intense artillery shelling by mercenaries targeted the homes and properties of citizens in the city of al-Durayhimi, which led to damage to a number of them, and shelling with artillery and various machine guns towards the village of al-Zafaran in Kilo 16.
The aggression warplanes launched a raid on Majz district, Sa'ada province.
In 2020, the aggression warplanes launched 12 raids on Serwah district, two raids on Majzar and Mahlia districts in Marib province, and two raids on Khub Washa`af district in Jawf province.
The mercenaries of the aggression bombed with 97 missiles and artillery shells, and with various bullets, separate areas in Hodeida province.
On August 17, 2021, a citizen was killed and another was injured in shells fired by the aggression's spy planes on a citizen's farm in al-Jah area of Bait al-Faqih district in Hodeida province while the mercenaries created combat fortifications and bombarded many areas in the province with missiles and artillery.
The aggression warplanes launched 15 raids on the border district of al-Dhaher and two raids on al-Fara’ area in Ketaf district in Sa'ada province, and targeted five raids on separate areas of the Serwah district in Marib province, which caused damage to citizens’ property.
In 2022, the reconnaissance aircraft launched five raids on Maysarah al-Barh in Taiz province, and al-Tala’a al-Hamra area in Serwah district in Marib province and northeast of Hays in Hodeida province.
The mercenaries of the aggression have created combat fortifications in al-Dhawra hill in al-Dhabab in Taiz province, al-Siyan hill in al-Tinah area in Hajjah province, al-Jabaliya in al-Tuhaita district in Hodeida province, and al-Shabaka area in Najran region.
The mercenaries opened fire on separate areas in the provinces of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Sa'ada, Dhale', Bayda, Hodeida and the border fronts, and targeted with artillery shelling the areas of l-Balq al-Sharqi, al-Rawdah, Serwah and Mala’ in Marib provine, Haradh, Bani Hassan, Hiran and al-Tinah areas in Hajjah province, and al-Malaheth, al-Madafen, al-Baqa’ and Sheda areas in Sa'ada province, northwest, northeast and east of Hays district in Hodeida and Maqbana in Taiz province, the old camp and al-Amoud in Wadi Jarah and Jabal Tuwaileq areas in Jizan and al-Suh and al-Baqa'a areas in Najran region.
