SANA'A September 01. 2023 (Saba)-His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, called on the Yemeni people to pay attention to the poor, needy and for this month to be the month of sympathy, compassion and solidarity in anticipation of and welcoming the anniversary of the birth of the Great Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family.
President Al-Mashat explained in his two Friday sermons today at the Imam Al-Hadi Mosque in Sa'ada province, that the Yemeni people are coming on the occasion of the honorable birthday of the Prophet, may God bless him and his family with the best prayers and most sincere greetings.
He said, "We are coming on the occasion of the honorable birth of the Prophet, and we as a Yemeni people have the honor and pride that our ancestors and Yemen have the honor to be among the first to support the Messenger of God, Muhammad, may God’s prayers be upon him and his family."
He added, "The great interaction that we observe from the Yemeni people with the occasion of the Prophet's birthday. It is a great honor for us, as Yemenis, to celebrate his remembrance of the birth of the Master of Creation, the blessing that the Messenger of God represents in human liberation from worshiping the tyrant to worshiping God."
The President continued, "You are watching how the Jewish lobby and America seek to impose ridiculous and despicable decadence projects on the people, until this decadence under the leadership of America has reached the point where its President Biden calls for deviance and says that America is a depraved and deviant nation."
He stressed the need “for our heads to remain raised as long as we belong to our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers be upon him and his family, and we follow his Qur’anic approach.” Pointing out that freedom for humanity is the summary of what the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers be upon him and his family, came for and for which he waded into the seas so that people might live. They are free and subject only to God alone.
He went on to say, "Prayer is a comprehensive title and a broad project that means reforming an individual's behavior, and all internal reform processes lead us to purify souls and advance life in all aspects."
He stated that enjoining good and forbidding evil is a great constitution. If we move towards it correctly, we will improve life, because every imbalance in this life falls under the title of enjoining good and forbidding evil.
He went on to say, "We have a Quranic project in Yemen, which is the project for which the martyr leader sacrificed. We have a great leadership that is not comparable to any leadership in our time, and it remains for us to elevate ourselves to be at the level of this project and the level of aspirations of the leadership and the people."
President Al-Mashat concluded my Friday sermon by saying, “The Qur’anic project must have soldiers, and we have seen our great martyrs how they were among the best soldiers carrying this project with awareness, insight, and there must be someone who implements th e project in the correct manner.”
