Gaza - Saba: The Palestinian resistance factions congratulated Hezbollah on election of Sheikh Naim Qassem as its Secretary-General, stressing that "this election proves that challenges only increase the party and the Islamic resistance's steadfastness, determination, will, strength and faith."
In this context, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine saluted "Hezbollah's leadership for its steadfastness, resistance and crowning its efforts by choosing a successor to the martyred leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah."
It stressed in a statement today that "this choice is a strong slap in the face to the occupation, a clear message of defiance to it, and a blow to the illusions of the occupation, the American administration and their agents who have repeatedly bet on weakening Hezbollah and the resistance forces through assassinations and targeting its leaders."
The Palestinian Resistance Committees also congratulated Hezbollah on electing Sheikh Naim Qassem as its Secretary-General, stressing in a statement that this election proves that challenges only increase the party and the Islamic Resistance’s steadfastness, determination, will, strength and faith to continue the resistance and keep the flame of jihad burning bright until victory is achieved.
