Moscow-Saba:
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov emphasised that the West has redoubled its efforts ten times to keep Russia out of the framework of global progress.
Lavrov said at the opening of the 8th International Congress of the Fatherland Abroad on Wednesday: ‘The West's intentions are doomed to failure.’
‘All attempts to isolate Russia from the international arena have been thwarted,’ he said.
