Hezbollah Secretary General (SG)Sheikh Naim Qassem saluted all the resistance fronts from Yemen to Iraq to Lebanon and Iran.
He said: "On top of all these, I salute the great support of the blessed Islamic Republic and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who gave for the victory of Palestine, and these are great in their gifts, and history will be recorded."
Sheikh Qassem added in a televised speech on Wednesday evening, on the 40th anniversary of the martyrdom of the master of the nation's martyrs, Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah: "I will talk about the characterization of the reality in which we live, we are facing an aggressive Zionist war on Lebanon that began about a month and ten days ago." "It was after the support war that arose after "Al-Aqsa deluge", which created a path a year ago that is completely different from the reality in which the region was and in which the Zionist entity was."
He continued: "In the support war, all those who love Palestine and believe in its liberation worked to be side by side with it, Palestine, which in Gaza has given more than 43,000 martyrs and more than 100,000 wounded with all the destruction, devastation and criminality committed against it, but it is stubborn, standing firm , rigid, and it will be victorious, God willing."
He added: "We expected the war to happen, so we prepared for it. We are now in a state of defense to face it. It is no longer important how the war started and what pretexts caused it, what is important is that we are in front of Zionist aggression."
He commented on the Zionist aggression against Lebanon. He wondered: "What does Netanyahu say about it? He says that I do not set a date for the end of the war, but I set clear goals for victory. In the same speech, after he met with Hochstein and addressed the people, he said: "We are changing the face of the Middle East" ... "So Netanyahu is facing a very big project that goes beyond Gaza, Palestine and Lebanon to the Middle East. What are the steps of this project through the war on Lebanon? There are three steps."
"The first step is to end the existence of Hezbollah, the second step is to occupy Lebanon, even if remotely in the air and threaten to make Lebanon similar to the West Bank, and the third is to work on the map of the Middle East," he said. He added: "The enemy expected to end the first stage, i.e. the end of Hezbollah, with the pager , radio operation and the assassination of the leaders, headed by Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and this would make it easier for him to invade Lebanon, which is why he brought five divisions on the border consisting of 65 thousand soldiers and officers, on the basis that they would enter Lebanon , according to his belief, lost the resistance leadership and was confused by this major action on the security level."
He continued: "The enemy did not pay attention and did not know that it is facing a party and a resistance that has three basic strength factors, which it must keep in mind. First, the resistors and the party carry a solid Islamic doctrine that makes them stand for truth, steadfastness, liberation, independence, pride and dignity in a way that nothing can shake them, this existing doctrine."
He continued: "Secondly, the resistors in this party have lent their skulls to God, they are not looking for the world, they know that their success in this world before the hereafter is to be resistors in the face of the occupation."
He spoke about martyrs and the misconception about them and said: "All of our fighters are martyrs, but there is a flaw and a mistake among many, as they consider that a martyr wants to go to death, which is not true, a martyr is one who does not fear death, this is the martyr."
"The third factor of strength is the preparations we have made in terms of capabilities, weapons, capacities and training, so we have three factors of strength that give the elements of a dear life," he said.
The Secretary General of Hezbollah said: "The cessation of the Israeli war on Lebanon is linked to two things, namely the field and the Israeli home front. He emphasized that there is no place in the Zionist entity that is forbidden to Hezbollah's planes or missiles. "The days are coming, and the past days were a model," he declared.
He added: "When will this war of aggression stop? With complete clarity, I tell you that our conviction is that only one thing stops this war of aggression, which is the field in its two parts, the borders and the confrontation of the resistors with the Zionist army on the borders, the second is the home front , that the missiles and aircraft reach it until it pays a real price and knows that this war is not a war in which the Israeli can succeed."
He continued: "I assure you, as for the borders, we have tens of thousands of trained mujahideen who can confront and puncture. Of course, there are not tens of thousands now on the border, but there are many alternatives, and the existing number is what the border front can withstand, and the capabilities are available, whether in warehouses or places of positioning, as well as in various ways. Don't be afraid of the capabilities, thank God, they exist and are capable of supplying us for a long time, God willing."
He considered that "the second thing regarding the home front, "Israel" will scream, it will scream of missiles and airplanes, and therefore there is no place in the Zionist entity that is forbidden for airplanes or missiles." "In any case, the days are coming, and the past days were a model, and what will happen will be more and more."
Sheikh Naim Qassem announced that the party will not base the expectation of stopping the aggression on a political movement, nor will it beg for an end to the aggression. Saying: "For us, our exclusive option is to prevent the occupation from achieving its goals."

He continued: Even now we do not rely on the American elections, whether Kamala Harris succeeds or Donald Trump succeeds, they have no value for us, nor do we rely on the general political movement, nor do we rely on Netanyahu being satisfied with some gains, no, we will rely on the field, and we will make Netanyahu fully realize that in the field he is a loser , not a winner, and this loss will prevent him from achieving his goals.
He continued: "For us as Hezbollah, as a resistance, our exclusive choice is to prevent the occupation from achieving its goals, what will he be able to achieve? Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem spoke about the strength of the resistance. "The strength of the resistance, if it is strong, is the strength of its continuation and the strength of the will and confrontation. "
He said: "The strength of the resistance, if the resistance means that it is not injured, not hit, not hurt, or that people are not hurt, this is wrong."
"A strong resistance does not mean that it has as many weapons as the Israeli enemy. There is no time in history when any resistance had capabilities equal to those of the state, the enemy, the entity, the tyrant or the colonizer, never."
He went on to say: "The strength of the resistance is not measured in terms of ratio, but the strength of the resistance is the strength of its continuity, despite the differences in military capabilities, the strength of the resistance is the strength of the will and confrontation, and this is how we are stronger."
Hezbollah's Secretary-General also declared that Hezbollah has an important and powerful factor that prevents it from falling, which is the resistors who swore to liberate the homeland and not to pledge allegiance to anyone, either victory or martyrdom.
He said: "The result is that there is nothing in our dictionary but the raised head and victory for the resistance, with these honorable and heroic resistors, who prostrated themselves to God and will not prostrate themselves to anyone at all in this world, and the martyrs who sold their skulls and themselves to God Almighty, cannot but be victorious, and these will remain in the field."
He added: "The high price of blood and martyrs and the steadfastness of the resistance and the people is less than the price of surrender and submission. He emphasized that "patience, endurance and staying in the field until victory are the only things in our dictionary."
He explained that "the high price of blood, martyrs, the steadfastness of the resistance and the people, this price must be paid in order for us to reach victory, and you can be sure that as great as it is, it is less than the price of surrender , submission, this surrender and submission does not exist with us, but with others, but we are in this direction."

Addressing Sayyed Nasrallah, he continued: "O our leader, I know that you take pleasure in mentioning your direct loved ones who were with you and those who were martyred with you and on this path, headed by Sayyed Abbas al-Musawi, our former Secretary General, and His Eminence Sayyed Hashim Safieddine, the great leader, a companion of your path and the right hand that was by your side, Haj Imad Mughniyeh, the leader of the two victories, and Sayyed Mustafa Badreddine, Sayyed Fuad Shukr, Haj Ibrahim Akil, Ali Karki, Haj Hassan Al-Laqis, Sheik Ragheb Harb , Sheik Nabil Gawuk, all leaders and mujahideen and martyrs."
He continued: "These are all your brothers, sons and loved ones, in your memory we send greetings to them and ask God Almighty for all of them, with you at the top of their heads, the highest status and degrees."

He said: "Today we are on the 40th anniversary of the master of the nation's martyrs, His Eminence, Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, may God have mercy on him."
He continued: "Praise be to God, the believers always win one of the two good things, victory or martyrdom. Our master and leader, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan, may Allah have mercy on him, is an example of a noble master and leader who went in the way of Allah Almighty and gave such great gifts."
Sheikh Qassem also stressed that the martyr Sayyed Nasrallah "is an exemplary leader, an inspiring educator, a brave and intrepid educator, a flag in the school of guardianship, a banner for the liberation of Palestine, his words are a light of guidance, his positions are the approach of dear life, he inhabited hearts in the corners of the earth as a symbol of resistance. Our leader, Imam Khamenei, defined him by saying, "He is unparalleled," which is a great definition. "
Sheikh Qassem stressed that Sayyed Nasrallah "built a resistance party on the constants of authentic Mohammedan Islam, whose approach is the methodology of guardianship as part of faith and a life of righteousness. He stressed that Hezbollah "is the party of adults, children, women, the elderly and the infirm, the party of the free, the resistant and the honorable, the party of intellectuals, workers and everyone who can be an integral part of this party built by this great leader."
"It is a party that resists and works to build the country, resists in the face of the Israeli enemy, and works to build the country in the internal political reality and in all institutions that are related to this reality," he said. "Hezbollah is a party that has an organized structure and an extension in all fields, cultural, political, jihadist, social, educational and hospitalization. He went on to say: "He said of Sayyed Nasrallah: "Sometimes in life and sometimes in death, he will remain alive in his martyrdom." "Benjamin Netanyahu cannot win because when he says he wants to achieve an informed victory, who does he rely on? On your criminality? On extermination? This does not make an absolute victory," he said.
Addressing Netanyahu, he said: "You rely on the fact that you have powers that you took from the church, and therefore you are in spite of more than half of the Israeli people, leading them to what you want, and they are demanding your resignation, so who are you to promise your people victory or that you have the ability to win?"
He continued: "We walk by the divine law, and we are sure of victory, and the enemy walks by the laws of Satan, and he says that he wants to win, but we are sure that he will be defeated."
Sheikh Qassem emphasized that "when the enemy decides to stop the aggression, there is a path for negotiations that we have clearly defined, indirect negotiations through the Lebanese state and President Nabih Berri, who carries the banner of political resistance, which leads to the status of Lebanon, and leads to the cessation of aggression."
He added: "The basis of any negotiation is based on two things, firstly, stopping the aggression, and secondly, the ceiling of the negotiation is the protection of Lebanese sovereignty in full and undiminished.
Regarding the Batroun incident, Sheikh Qassem emphasized that it is a violation of Lebanon's sovereignty, and called on the Lebanese army to clarify the truth about its position and what happened with UNIFIL.
He explained that the "Israeli" entry in this way is a great offense to Lebanon, a violation of Lebanon's sovereignty, and many question marks.
He continued: "Today I will not accuse, but I call on the Lebanese army, which is responsible for protecting the maritime borders, to issue a position and a statement explaining why this violation happened, even if it says that it was unable and incapable, it must say in front of the world what the reason is."
He continued, addressing the Lebanese army: Also, let's ask UNIFIL, especially the Germans, what they saw that night, what they did that night, and let the people know, I will not talk more than this.
"The Lebanese army should announce its position , the nature of the event, and also what is the role of UNIFIL so that people are informed," he said.
Sheikh Naim Qassem emphasized that "Lebanon is in a strong position, with its resistance, its people, its army, it hurts, but know that we hurt them as much as they hurt us." He said: "Some say that we are hurting more, it is true because the resistance is creating a future with sovereignty and independence in the face of this dangerous confrontation, but the enemy is also losing a lot. Look at their losses and their army on the border."
He added: "During this short period of 40 days, more than a thousand soldiers and officers were killed and wounded, and they do not recognize the correct number, more than 45 Merkava tanks were hit, they approach some villages and then retreat back."
He continued: "The enemy says that 60 or 70 thousand settlers had left their homes, now how many settlers have left? When a missile from Hezbollah reaches the occupied interior, enemy leaders say that this missile caused 120 thousand settlers to go to shelters, this drone landed 800 thousand settlers along the north, and this missile that reached Tel Aviv landed two million settlers."
He continued: "These are all defeats, and therefore this is all pain, in addition to the fact that the lives of the Israelis are upside down and they have an economic issue, they could not achieve any of the achievements they announced, and their image in the world is very bad."
He considered that the resistance strikes have achieved a lot at the global level in terms of denouncing the Israeli occupation: When did we used to see demonstrations organized in the world and in America demanding the Palestinian cause and now demanding the right of Lebanon?
He emphasized that "these people are in pain, but the difference is that they do not hope from God what we hope for, if you are in pain, they are in pain as you are in pain, and you hope from God what they do not hope for, and God willing, victory is ours."
He addressed the leaders of the Zionist enemy, and said: "If they are betting on the length of the war to become a war of attrition, you are doomed, if you want to establish a war of attrition, we are present, no matter how much time passes, we will remain steadfast, standing, ready, confronting you, you will not win, no matter how long it takes."
He declared that victory will be our ally and said: "A nation that gave birth to His Eminence Sayyed Hassan cannot but be victorious, a nation led by his Eminence, Sayyed Hassan Radwan Allah Almighty, will reach its goals with its head held high." He concluded by saying, "The nation that pledged allegiance to al-Hussein will defeat the enemies, you have seen many experiences, this is a time of victories, not a time of defeats, and we will be victorious even after some time."
