The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the toll of the 409-day Zionist genocide war has risen to 43,922 martyrs and 103,898 injuries.
The ministry said in the daily statistical report on Monday that the enemy army committed four new massacres against Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip.
In the past 24 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip have dealt with 76 martyrs and 158 wounded, "most of them civilians, most of them women and children," she said.
Dozens of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, "and ambulance and civil defence crews cannot reach them", she said.
