The Tulkarm Brigade of the Jerusalem Brigades, the military-terrorist wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), claimed responsibility for detonating an IED with a Zionist military vehicle and firing showers of bullets on the Al-Baladiya Street axis east of Tulkarm.
The Al-Quds Brigades - Tulkarm Battalion said in a military statement on Friday: "After re-contacting one of our combat formations, they confirmed to us that they were able to detonate a pre-prepared high-explosive device of the type (Shujaa 1) with a military vehicle and damage it in the axis of the municipality street in Anabta."
It added that its mujahideen were able to rain heavy showers of bullets on the Anabta municipality street, east of Tulkarm.
