Taiz - Saba:
A team from the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development, headed by Undersecretary Mohammed Al-Sanhani, reviewed on Thursday the progress of the implementation of projects in Taiz province.
The team reviewed the practical and procedural steps to implement the remaining projects from 2019-2021, as well as the remaining projects from 1444H, 1445H, and 1446H, in addition to the preparation of the executive plan for 1447H.
Al-Sanhani pointed out that the team carried out field visits with the acting governor of Taiz, Ahmed Al-Masawi, to view the projects from reality. He praised the efforts exerted by the province's leadership in implementing the projects during the past years.
Al-Sanhani emphasized that the first phase and the 2021 plan have been fully completed. He pointed out that the team worked to review what has been achieved financially and technically in the projects under implementation for the year 1444H, as well as the supplementary plan, which are projects that have made great strides.
He praised the role of the governorate's work team, which was keen to provide distinguished services to citizens. He praised the projects that have been completed within the 1445 plan.
"With regard to the 1446 plan, there are achievements even though we are still in the fifth month of the year, as studies have been made for them and they are on their way to be announced or assigned to the executive unit to accomplish them," he said.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development pointed out that the provincial leadership is committed to working with the timetable prepared by the ministry regarding the 1447H plan, especially with regard to analyzing the current situation, identifying needs and prioritizing so that programs and projects that serve the government's direction in reducing the cost of the import bill and achieving self-sufficiency are completed.
For his part, the acting governor of Taiz appreciated the efforts of the leadership of the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development and its interest in following up the progress of the implementation of projects and providing services to the province's people.
