SANA'A June 18. 2023 (Saba) -His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, head of the Supreme Political Council, met today with the Minister of Industry and Trade, Muhammad Sharaf Al-Mutahhar, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Capital Secretariat, Ali Muhammad Al-Hadi.
The meeting, which was attended by the Vice-Chairmen of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce in the Secretariat, Muhammad Salah, Hassan Ghaleb Al-Siyani, and members of the Board of Directors Anwar Al-Husseini, Talal Radman, and Muhammad Al-Salami, discussed ways to improve the coordination process between the public and private sectors, in a way that contributes to the development of trade prospects in Yemen and alleviates the suffering of citizens.
During the meeting, President Al-Mashat expressed his thanks for the national role played by merchants in providing the various goods and services needed by the citizen.
He stressed the concerned authorities in the government to cooperate with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry in the capital Sana'a and to provide all necessary facilities for the private sector to put the service of citizens at the top of its priorities.
While the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce in the Secretariat appreciated the interest of the President of the Supreme Political Council in the private sector, noting the role of the Ministry of Industry, Trade in creating the appropriate atmosphere for the work of the private sector, and overcoming the difficulties it faces.
