The Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran stressed that the Evil Front is supporting the Zionist entity and that the Resistance Front stood in front of the Evil Front, and with the grace of God, victory is the ally of the Resistance Front.
Mehr News Agency quoted on Friday Mr. Khamenei in a speech during his reception of those in charge of commemorating the martyrs of the governor of Fars, as saying: The Evil Front supports the Zionist entity and stands behind this entity. He pointed out that the resistance front stands in front of the evil front, and by the grace of God, victory is the ally of the resistance front.
"Today we are facing a major and important issue in the region. Issues related to the West Asia region, Lebanon, Gaza, and the West Bank, are issues that make history; each of these events can be the source of a historical movement in a direction. If figures like Martyr Sinwar had not been fighting until the last minute, the fate of the region would have been different. If it were not for the dignitaries like the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah who mixed jihad, wisdom, courage, and sacrifice and embodied them in the square, the (historical) movement would have been in another direction. These things are very important."
Mr. Khamenei pointed out that the Zionist entity and Western civilization suffered a major defeat.
He continued: "The Zionist entity has failed, because it thought that it could easily eliminate the resistance factions, today you see that (the Zionist entity) has martyred more than 50,000 unarmed civilians and several prominent resistance leaders, but this did not leave an impact on the resistance front and the front is fighting today with the same strength and determination. Isn't this a defeat? This is a major defeat."
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution pointed to the great American and European support for the Zionist entity. He said: "They spent a lot and tried a lot, America and many European countries gave their aid (to the Zionist entity) with all their might, and their reputation became black, ugly, and hated in the world, so that demonstrations took place against them in the streets of America, and in American universities. However, the resistance factions – Hamas, Jihad, and Hezbollah – still exist. The people and the mujahideen youth in the West Bank are present, other places are busy fighting the enemy. This is the biggest defeat."
