Palestinian media also reported that the Zionist enemy committed two brutal massacres during the past hours by intensively shelling civilian residential buildings belonging to the Shalayel and Ghandour families in the northern Gaza Strip, where more than 170 civilians lived in these multi-storey houses, killing 84 martyrs, including more than 50 children, and dozens of missing and injured.
The government media office in Gaza said that these crimes come at a time when the Zionist enemy army is singling out civilian families whose residential buildings are inhabited by civilians and displaced persons and consist of several floors, and coincide with the absence of civil defence crews, medical services or relief crews in light of their targeting and taking them out of service by the ‘Israeli’ occupation for nearly a month, and these crimes come in conjunction with the occupation's overthrow of the health system in the northern Gaza Strip governorate and the destruction of hospitals and taking them out of service.
In a statement, he called on the international community and international and UN organisations to immediately and urgently exercise their humanitarian role and their duty to protect civilians and protect hospitals and health institutions.
He also demanded the entry of medical surgical delegations and ambulances and allowing the Civil Defence to return to work and save lives, as its targeting is a crime against humanity, and unfortunately, the international community is silent about it.
He condemned the Zionist enemy for committing these massacres and extermination against civilians, children and women, calling on all countries of the world to condemn these horrific massacres against displaced persons, civilians, children and women.
