The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced today, Sunday, that it has conducted a shooting operation targeting the "Shaked" settlement located west of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
In a military statement disseminated via the "Telegram" platform, the Qassam Brigades reported that its fighters successfully targeted the "Shaked" settlement using appropriate automatic weapons and safely withdrew to their bases.
Earlier, Israeli media reported a shooting incident from a white "Tundra" vehicle directed toward the "Shahak" industrial area in northern West Bank.
In October, the Palestinian resistance conducted 445 qualitative and popular resistance operations against targets associated with Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the occupied interior.
According to a statement from the Palestine Information Center "Ma'ti," these resistance operations resulted in the deaths of 11 Israelis, including soldiers and settlers, and 98 others injured with varying degrees of wounds.
The resistance activities witnessed a "significant escalation" during October, with 47 shooting incidents and 37 armed clashes recorded. Among these, 28 operations took place in Jenin and 24 in Nablus.
