Jenin - Saba:
A Palestinian woman was injured by live Israeli gunfire this afternoon, Wednesday, in the city of Jenin.
The Red Crescent Society reported that its crews transported a 25-year-old woman, who was shot in the back with live ammunition, to the hospital for treatment.
The Israeli aggression in the Jenin refugee camp has persisted for nearly 12 hours. Early this morning, Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by a military bulldozer, stormed the city of Jenin and its camp. They raided several homes, arrested a young man, and caused significant damage to the camp’s streets and entrances, resulting in power outages across parts of Jenin and its camp.
The occupation forces deployed their vehicles in the old city of Jenin, while surveillance drones continued intensive flyovers in the city’s sky.
In a related incident, several students from Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, suffered from suffocation today, Wednesday, after Israeli forces fired tear gas during a raid in the town.
Local sources told the Palestinian news agency “WAFA” that Israeli forces attacked school students from Al-Khader as they were leaving their schools after classes ended, firing tear gas and sound grenades at them, leading to numerous cases of suffocation.
Earlier in the morning, the Israeli forces had stormed the town and stationed themselves in areas like “Al-Baraka,” “Al-Tal” in the old town, and “Al-Balou'.” They launched tear gas and sound grenades around Al-Khader Girls' Secondary School and towards shops and pedestrians in the Al-Balou' area.
It is worth noting that the occupation forces have recently escalated their repeated assaults on Al-Khader’s school students, causing several cases of suffocation.
