The Revolution Leader and the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyyed Ali Khamenei, said on Thursday that "the ongoing jihad in Lebanon, Gaza Strip and occupied Palestine will inevitably lead to victory."
Addressing a meeting with members of Iran's Assembly of Leadership Experts, Sayyed Khamenei said: "According to current developments and the divine promise, the victory of the truth, the axis of truth and the resistance front is certain."
Sayyed Khamenei stressed that "the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and other dear martyrs of these days have truly raised the dignity of Islam and the dignity and strength of the resistance front."
He continued about Sayyed Martyr of the Ummah. He said: "Our dear master was martyred and with his martyrdom he attained the highest ranks and what he wished for, but he left here a great legacy, which is Hezbollah."
"In nearly 40 years, Hezbollah forced Israel to withdraw from Beirut , Sidon and completely cleansed southern Lebanon from the presence of the Zionists, which means that its capabilities have grown and are growing," Sayyed Khamenei said. He commented: "Whoever thinks that Hezbollah has weakened is wrong, it is a strong party that continues to confront."
"Hezbollah has transformed from a small group of mujahideen for the sake of God into a great force capable of achieving these achievements , forcing the enemy armed with all kinds of weapons , supported politically, economically and media by the world tyrants to retreat, and this is a historical experience that we have witnessed," he said.
He added: "The enemy wanted to eliminate Hamas and failed, so it killed thousands of innocent people, showed its ugly face to the world and isolated itself."
"The enemy thinks that by assassinating resistance leaders, Hamas will end, but the movement continues to fight, which means that the entity has failed to achieve its goals," Sayyed Khamenei said.
A few days ago, Sayyed Khamenei stressed that the enemies, especially the United States and the Zionist entity, should know that they will receive a harsh response to what they do against Iran and the resistance front."
