President Vladimir Putin has signed a bill approving a treaty on inclusive, strategic partnership with North Korea, Russian media said on Sunday.
The act was published on the legal documents' website on Saturday, the media added, noting that the treaty was inked during Putin's trip to Pyongyang last June.
Among other terms, the treaty stipulates that a party would provide military assistance if the other party comes under armed assault.
