Zionist army raids West Bank, arrests civilians

The Zionist enemy forces launched a campaign of arrests among Palestinian citizens at dawn on Thursday and last night, as they stormed the cities of the occupied West Bank.

In Nablus, according to ‘Palestine Today’ news agency, the enemy forces arrested two young men from the city this morning.

Local sources reported that Zionist special forces ‘undercover’ infiltrated the old town of Nablus, before the enemy forces pushed military reinforcements to the vicinity of the town, Hittin Street, the roundabout area, and Ras al-Ain, where they raided a house in the old town, and arrested the young man Mohammed al-Kakhen after raiding and searching his house.

The sources added: The enemy forces also arrested Imad Aliwi after raiding his house in the northern mountain area.

Meanwhile, enemy forces raided, at dawn today, a house in Al-Amari refugee camp, south of Ramallah, and set up a military checkpoint in Rawabi, north of Ramallah.

According to local sources, enemy forces raided the house of detainee Ahmed Abu Shawkha, and searched it, and stormed the Umm al-Sharait neighbourhood, north of Ramallah, and the village of Kafr Malik, east of Ramallah.

The same sources continued: Enemy soldiers set up a military checkpoint at Rawabi city roundabout, and hindered the movement of citizens to and from the city.

In Bethlehem, enemy forces arrested a citizen from Janata town, east of Bethlehem.

According to a local source, the enemy forces arrested Ibrahim Sami Oweidah (22 years), after raiding and searching his family's house.

In Tubas, enemy forces arrested, at dawn today, a young man from Tamoun town.

The director of the Prisoners Club in Tubas, Kamal Bani Odeh, said: The enemy forces arrested Ismail Abdul Aziz Bani Odeh, after raiding his family home.

The occupation forces stormed the town of Tamoun accompanied by a bulldozer, and raided many citizens' homes, searched them and tampered with their contents.
