The concrete paving project for Al-Salula Al-Fajra road, which connects the districts of Jabla and Al-Adin, was inaugurated on Saturday in Jabla district in Ibb province, with support from the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit, with 53% of the total cost of the project.
During the inauguration, the director of Jabla district, Sultan Shaja, praised the efforts of the Central Emergency Development Intervention Unit in implementing projects in the district, praising the role of citizens who contributed to the implementation of the project to serve the community and alleviate their suffering.
For his part, the representative of the Central Interventions Unit in the province, Engineer Ahmed bin Nayef, explained that the support comes within the framework of strengthening development and service work in the directorates and deprived areas. He pointed out that the unit supports 29 initiatives in the directorate with quantities of cement , diesel, and a group of projects have been approved, which will be supported in the coming period.
He pointed out that the implementation of initiative projects comes in response to the directives of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration, Local and Rural Development Mohammed Al-Madani to motivate and support the community to continue the initiatives.
In turn, the Director of the Initiatives Department in Jabla Directorate, Engineer Abduldaim Al-Hadhrami, emphasized the importance of concerted efforts and teamwork to make the initiatives projects a success. He called for the continued implementation of road projects to alleviate the suffering of community members.
