Sana'a - Saba:
The championship of the Republic for clubs and provincial champions for boxing, organized by the General Federation of the game on the occasion of the martyr's anniversary , funded by the Youth, and Sports Welfare Fund, was concluded at the Al-Ahli Club in Sana'a on Saturday, with the participation of 60 players in the categories of adults, youth and juniors.
At the conclusion, Deputy Minister of Youth for the Sports Sector Ali Hadban praised the efforts of the Federation's leadership in organizing the tournament, which witnessed strong competition between participants from different provinces.
At the conclusion of the tournament, which was attended by the directors of sports activity Essam Driban , federations Wael Al-Qurashi and the vice president of the federation Mohammed Al-Harazi, the secretary general of the federation Dr. Fikri Al-Joufi pointed out that the tournament participated in the clubs of the police, Sana'a Unity, May 22, Al-Ahmadi Rada'a, Najm Saba Dhamar, Shabab Al-Jil Hodeida, Batal Amran and Khawlan Tayal Sana'a.
He pointed out that the tournament, which witnessed fights of high technical value, is part of the Federation's annual plan. He pointed out that players will be selected to represent the national teams.
