The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning predicted cold and relatively cold weather in a number of governorates during the next 24 hours.
The center stated in its weather bulletin that it expects cold weather during the night and early morning in the governorates of Saada, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar and Al-Bayda, with minimum temperatures ranging between 4-7 degrees Celsius.
The weather may be relatively cold in the highlands of Ibb, Dhale', Lahj and Abyan governorates, with minimum temperatures ranging from 08 to 12 degrees Celsius.
According to the center, the lowest temperatures recorded at some weather stations this morning were 7.1 in Sana'a, 7.4 in Dhamar, and 8.2 in Amran.
The center warned citizens in mountainous areas, especially children, the elderly and workers during the night and early morning hours of cold weather.
