Sana'a - Saba:

The Prime Minister's Office hosted a workshop today on the methodology for preparing models and plans to address national, humanitarian, and development needs for the year 1446 AH (2025 AD).

The workshop aimed to equip participants from various executive units with the tools to create flexible, integrated response plans that combine emergency humanitarian efforts with national development goals, thereby enhancing crisis adaptability and supporting long-term recovery.

In his opening remarks, workshop coordinator Ali Al-Mutamayiz emphasized the importance of collaboration among all state agencies involved in humanitarian and development efforts.

He stressed that a unified approach would maximize the effective use of resources and help overcome challenges in the planning and implementation of these initiatives.

Al-Mutamayiz also underscored the need for careful coordination in the development of response plans, ensuring that they address real priorities and avoid the randomness that can hinder effective implementation. He encouraged participants to actively engage in discussions to refine plans and align them with national and humanitarian needs.

Trainer Mutahhar al-Shaari outlined the methodology and mechanisms for preparing the plans, including the roles of various committees and the process for overcoming gaps in existing plans.

The workshop was attended by senior officials from several ministries, including Health, Environment, Agriculture, Education, and Social Affairs, as well as other key sectors involved in national development and humanitarian response.
