Sana'a - Saba:
To consolidate his influence in the region.. the war criminal, the head of the Zionist entity's government, Benjamin Netanyahu, seeks to propose the idea of replicating the brutal Gaza scenario that exceeded all imagination in its criminality against Lebanon.
If the international community allows this scenario to be repeated in Lebanon, it will be considered complicity in the crime by remaining silent and unable to stop this bloody campaign against Lebanese civilians, according to many experts.
The experts warned that the Zionist entity's continued, in a diligent manner, the scenario of emptying northern Gaza of its population, and its continued perpetration of massacres against civilians in a manner that exceeds in ferocity what it was doing at the beginning of the war, which represents a clear message of the continuation of the war and not reducing its pace, and the continuation of scenarios of forced displacement, and targeting civilians even in tents.
Experts believe that the Zionist enemy army will not stop at the extent of the destruction it left behind in Lebanon, especially in the south, without achieving the desired goal, which is to create a buffer zone free of any Hezbollah presence. Therefore, talk of any cessation of the war in the foreseeable future on the northern front does not seem serious. Netanyahu repeatedly rejects the "Lebanese roadmap that the two sides agreed upon with the American envoy to Lebanon, Amos Hochstein." This means that matters in Lebanon have become subject to developments on the ground.
There seems to be a Lebanese fear that the situation in Lebanon could become like that of Gaza, which has been destroyed, with more than 85 percent of its buildings now uninhabitable.
The Zionist enemy is deliberately destroying the infrastructure of the Strip, making the return of life there almost impossible in the short and medium term. However, the Lebanese fear is that the enemy is about to draw up the same policy it drew up in Gaza, which has almost been accomplished, namely strangling Gaza and cutting off its north.
In the rounds of negotiations in Doha and Cairo in the past period, Hamas showed sufficient flexibility to come up with feasible and reasonable solutions that meet the demands of the Palestinian people, but it seems that the Zionist agenda wants to implement the generals' plan and implement the Zionist project to extend control over the Netzarim and Philadelphi crossings and separate the north of the Gaza Strip from the entire Strip, and place the area under Zionist security control.
This has implications that go back to the digging of the Ben Gurion Canal, which connects the Indian economic corridor that was signed in New Delhi in September, which justifies the continuation of the military operation in the Strip as long as there is a Palestinian rejection of the Zionist entity’s military retention and control of the two corridors.
The war of the corridors is all that Netanyahu needs to consolidate the Zionist entity’s influence in the region, and to make it a primary need to link East Asia with the European depth. The Zionist project in Gaza is not separate from what it is on the northern front of occupied Palestine.
This was highlighted in Netanyahu’s statement from the Lebanese border on Sunday, November 3, that “with or without an agreement, the key to the return of the settlers in the north in peace to their homes will remain the removal of Hezbollah beyond the Litani, and the defeat of any attempt by it to rearm and respond firmly to any action targeting us.”
Thus, Netanyahu is clear in his drawing of the scenario of his war on Lebanon, and clear in his war that came under the title of ensuring "the security of his settlers in the north", by removing the party beyond the Litani River. With this title, Netanyahu can ensure security and stability for his residents, and in order to achieve this, he must establish a demilitarized buffer zone, with the exception of the presence of the Lebanese army, which will be deployed according to what was stated in Resolution 1701.
With the destruction operations that targeted buildings and tunnels in southern Lebanon, this pattern shows similarity to the strategy adopted by the Zionist enemy in Gaza since the beginning of its war on the Strip, which confirms the existence of a "deliberate" method that seeks to destroy the civilian infrastructure.
Therefore, the general strategy of the Zionist entity is based on destruction, especially in the border areas known as "edge villages" or the outskirts, which fall within the goal of establishing an area called "Bafarzon", meaning an area completely devoid of any construction or development, including fields and forests.
Some analysts believe that the occupying entity copied the Gaza war on Lebanon, and it seems that the Lebanese fear has entered into effect, and removing the danger of Hezbollah's missiles, so as not to affect the movement of transportation and communications in it, is what is required for the next stage.
With this unprecedented Zionist escalation, Lebanon has entered the phase of systematic destruction by the Zionist enemy army, and according to reports, more than 25 percent of the buildings in the southern regions have been completely destroyed.
Critics and experts believe that this confirms that the war in Lebanon will be prolonged, and that things are heading towards escalation, in light of the blind and unlimited American support, and all options are now on the table.
