The Center for Strategic Studies of the Armed Forces and the Center for Military Studies organized a scientific seminar entitled "Ten Years of Victories of the Martyrs of the September 21 Revolution between imposing equations and facing challenges", as part of the commemoration of the martyrs' anniversary and our people's celebrations of the national holidays of September 21, 26, October 14 and November 30.
During the seminar, which was attended by a number of leaders, researchers and interested parties, the Assistant Minister of Defense for Human Resources, Major General Ali Mohammed Al-Kahlani, referred to the significance of organizing this scientific seminar, explaining that ten years of confrontation , steadfastness carried victories and qualitative achievements that included all paths of life.
He pointed out that the September 21 Revolution came as a national imperative and represented a popular will to liberate Yemen, addressing the aggression's political, economic and military goals and targeting the internal front, noting that the September 21 Revolution was a white revolution that preserved all the capabilities of the country and the people and did not take revenge on anyone.
The Director of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Dr. Qassim Al-Tawil, delivered a speech in which he discussed the themes of the symposium and its implications, noting that the challenges posed by the global forces of arrogance , tyranny have fallen , will fall before our people and leadership.
Six working papers were presented during the symposium: The first, presented by Brigadier General Abed Al-Thor, dealt with "The September 21 Revolution between imposing equations and facing challenges." The second working paper was presented by researcher Ahmed Saeed Shamakh, and dealt with "A future vision for the steadfastness and success of the September 21 Revolution." The third working paper was presented by researcher Abdulsalam Al-Shahari, entitled "Agriculture in the Qur'anic Project and the September 21 Revolution." The fourth working paper was presented by Colonel Engineer Hassan Ali Al-Sayani, entitled "The September 21 Revolution: Ten Years of Military Confrontations and Victories." The fifth working paper was presented by Colonel Dr. Jamal Al-Haidari, and dealt with "The Political Achievements and Challenges of the September 21 Revolution during Ten Years." The sixth working paper was presented by Marine Colonel Abdullah Hashim Al-Tayeb.
The sixth working paper was presented by Rear Admiral Abdullah Hashim Al-Tayeb, and centered on "The heroism and victories of the martyrs of the armed forces and the change in the strategy of naval warfare."
The seminar came up with several recommendations centered on the importance of commemorating the martyr's anniversary as an important historical milestone, in addition to the need to document the exploits and career of the martyrs, conduct scientific , historical seminars and analyze the experiences of the names of the great martyrs.
The seminar also recommended the need to establish charitable projects in the name of the martyrs, organize exhibitions that commemorate the martyrs' memory, display their belongings, and publish stories, details and documentaries about their lives.
The symposium participants also recommended the need to harness all possibilities to document the course of the September 21 Revolution and promote aspects of social solidarity towards the martyrs' children, families and relatives.
