Occupied Al-Quds - Saba:
The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced its responsibility for the shooting operation near the "Ariel" settlement, built on the lands of Salfit in the northern occupied West Bank.
In a statement published on its official channel, the Qassam Brigades said:
"One of our heroic fighters ambushed several soldiers and settlers inside a bus this Friday afternoon, injuring nine, three of whom are in critical condition."
The Qassam Brigades also mourned the perpetrator of the heroic operation, the martyr Samer Muhammad Ahmad Hussein, aged 46, from the village of Einabus, south of Nablus.
The statement emphasized that as the Brigades mourn their martyr, they reaffirm that all the decisions made by the extremist Zionist government targeting the West Bank will be met with a heavy price paid in blood, taken from the bodies of soldiers and settlers across the West Bank.
Hamas described the high-profile shooting operation, which targeted a bus carrying settlers and soldiers as well as an occupation police patrol near the Ariel settlement, as a natural response to the ongoing crimes of the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and the brutal war of extermination in Gaza.
Nine Zionist settlers were injured, three critically, in the shooting operation near the Ariel settlement, which was carried out by a Palestinian resistance fighter before he was martyred.
