Lebanese expert on international affairs, Youssef Ismail, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the Zionist enemy continues its provocations in Lebanon despite the ceasefire agreement.. noting that the enemy seeks to continue the war to achieve political motives.
"The Zionist enemy has resumed bombing Lebanese territories with the aim of returning to the war that it provoked against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples with American support," Ismail said in an interview with the Iraqi "Al-Maalouma" Agency.
"The Zionist occupier, despite the great losses it has incurred, is planning to continue the aerial bombardment of areas in southern Lebanon, and this in itself is a provocation to the Lebanese and a violation of the ceasefire agreement," he added.
He explained that "the resistance has prepared for a long-term war against the Zionist enemy, as Netanyahu's return to firing was not surprising, and despite his awareness of the danger of what he has put himself in, he seeks to achieve a political victory inside the Zionist entity after the great wave of rejection of his policies and practices."
