SANA'A February 07. 2023 (Saba) –His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today, Tuesday, the Grand Mufti of Yemen, the scholar Shams Al-Din Sharaf Al-Din.
During the meeting, issues of concern to the nation were discussed, foremost among them the Palestinian issue, and the normalization of some regimes in the region with the Zionist enemy entity, the latest of which is the Sudanese regime, which reveals the treacherous role of the normalizers, as well as the steps that must be taken to confront the Zionist-American projects.
The meeting emphasized that the step taken by the Sudanese regime to normalize relations with the Zionist entity under the auspices of the United States of America, in light of the continued Sudanese role in the aggression against Yemen, reveals once again the reality and goals of the aggression against Yemen as a major part of the American-Zionist project that seeks to subjugate the entire Islamic nation, using its tools from client systems.
President Al-Mashat affirmed that the Yemeni people's adherence to their faith identity, customs and traditions is embodied through their honorable stances towards the various issues of the nation, as well as in terms of confronting the US-Saudi aggression over 8th years.
He pointed out the importance of adhering to the faith identity and looking at it as a blessing from God Almighty, and being proud of it as the greatest, holiest and most honorable identity.
