Juventus held Cagliari to a 1-1 draw on Sunday in the seventh round of the Italian Football League, which also saw Lazio beat Empoli and Bologna draw with Parma.
Juventus opened the scoring through Serbian player Dušan Vlahović in the 15th minute from a penalty kick, and Romanian Razavan Marin equalized for Cagliari in the 88th minute from a penalty kick as well.
Juventus finished the match with ten men after Portuguese player Francesco Conceição was sent off in the 89th minute for a second warning.
In another match, Lazio beat Empoli by two goals to one, scored by Mattia Zakani in the 45th minute + 4, and Pedro Rodriguez in the 84th minute, while Empoli scored its only goal through Sebastiano Esposito in the ninth minute.
Lazio raised its tally to 13 points in fourth place, and Empoli remained in ninth place with ten points.
Bologna and Parma played out a goalless draw, with Parma picking up a valuable point away from home despite being short-handed after Yo Coulibaly was sent off in the 52nd minute.
With this result, Bologna remained in twelfth place with eight points from one win and five draws, while Parma occupied fifteenth place with six points from one win and three draws.
