Johannesburg - Saba:
A South African diplomatic source revealed that the country will submit, tomorrow Monday, to the International Court of Justice a detailed memorandum containing facts, evidence, and additional arguments to support its case that the Zionist entity is committing genocide in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The source, who preferred to remain anonymous as he is not authorized to speak to the media, stated that "the detailed memorandum will be submitted tomorrow, Monday."
For his part, South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Ronald Lamola stated in a recent interview with the local news site "Daily Maverick" that the memorandum, which his country is preparing to submit to the International Court of Justice, contains more evidence, including criminal details, to prove that the Zionist entity is indeed committing genocide in the Gaza Strip.
At the end of 2023, South Africa filed a lawsuit against the Zionist entity before the International Court of Justice, based in The Hague, on the grounds of violating the United Nations Convention of 1948 on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
