Baghdad - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance in Iraq - Kata'ib Hezbollah condemned the Zionist attack on Iran. Considering the use of Iraqi airspace as a dangerous precedent.
In a statement on Monday, Kata'ib Hezbollah Iraq warned against a repetition of the aggression and held the United States responsible for violating Iraq's sovereignty.
It threatened a response at the appropriate time and place.
‘The assessment of the Zionist attack on the Islamic Republic must be subjected to several criteria, some of which may be technical, and this is what specialists will judge after the dust settles and what happened is known,’ it said.
The battalions pointed to several dangerous factors that must be considered, the most important of which is ‘the use of Iraqi airspace to direct strikes on Iranian facilities, and their repetition in waves that lasted for hours.’
Kataib Hezbollah described the attack as ‘a dangerous precedent to which Iran has never been subjected before’. saying: ‘There are data indicating the use of Jordanian territory and the Hejaz desert as a corridor for their aircraft, and this would not have happened without an agreement and premeditation with the Americans who dominate the Iraqi skies.’
The Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades condemned the Zionist aggression against Iran ‘from a rogue entity that is alien to the region, which constitutes recklessness and a dangerous transgression that must not pass under any circumstances’.
It warned that if it passes, ‘the matter will become available and will be repeated by this rabid enemy’.
She held the United States responsible for the reckless use of Iraqi airspace. She threatened that ‘he will pay the price for this,’ stressing that ‘this will be with Almighty God's help in its time and place, and the Zionists are not exempt from this.’
‘After they dared Iran, they will definitely dare Iraq, if they do not pay a heavy price for their aggression,’ she said.
