Occupied Quds - Saba:
The Israeli prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, and two of his extremist ministers have refused a plan proposed by the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi for ceasefire in Gaza Strip, Zionist media said on Monday.
The Egyptian proposal was discussed by the cabinet and was supported by security bureaus and most of the ministers, but refused by the two ministers of national security and finance along with the PM, Channel 12 quoted sources as saying.
The PM objected because the 2-day ceasefire will take place before the Israeli captives are released from Gaza, they added, as "negotiations should be held under fire," according to Netanyahu's stance.
While it was expected to be put for voting, the proposal was sent with Shabak chief for amendment, they said, despite the Arab consent on a ceasefire in Gaza, assistance delivery and hostage release.
