According to the Palestinian Information Center, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor explained that its field team documented the enemy army targeting schools, hospitals, clinics and halls used for shelter 65 times since the beginning of August, 39 of which were during the current month of October, during which 672 Palestinians were killed and more than a thousand others were wounded.
