Gaza - Saba: The Zionist enemy army announced on Friday, the death of an officer in the "Givati" Brigade, due to his injury more than a month ago in battles with the Palestinian resistance in the southern Gaza Strip.
The spokesman for the enemy army said in a statement that an officer who held the position of a platoon commander in the "Shaked" Battalion in the "Givati Brigade" died due to his injury more than a month ago in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to the Zionist enemy army, the current month of October witnessed the highest death toll in its ranks, on the battle fronts in the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon.
The enemy army stated that the number of officers and soldiers killed this month reached 65, including 17 killed in the Gaza Strip.
For its part, the Zionist newspaper Haaretz said that the increase in the number of soldiers killed in Gaza is due to mines and booby-trapped buildings.
