Currently repeated allegations that Iran was involved in attempted targeting of American officials are hated conspiracy plotted by the Zionist entity to complicate outstanding issues, spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry said on Saturday, denying and Iranian involvement.

Similar accusations occurred in the past, were completely denied by Iran and proved to be lies, Ismael Bakaei added in remarks carried by IRNA.

Iran will use every legal, valid means at the local and international levels to secure the Iranian people's rights, he said.
