Militants of the Ukrainian intelligence use Russian prisoners as human shields in Kursk county, spokeswoman for the Russian foreign ministry said on Friday.
The Ukrainians not only torture Russian war prisoners and blackmail their relatives in order to keep them alive or stop torturing, but also use the meanest terrorist ways, Maria Zakharova added in a statement carried by the ministry's website.
All those involved in atrocities committed by Kiev regime will undoubtedly be receive the maximum punishment, she warned.
