Syria has condemned in the strongest terms the Zionist attacks on Syrian territory, calling on the countries of the free world to unite their efforts to stop the war crimes and genocide crimes committed by the Zionist entity against countries and peoples of the region.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday, "The Zionist entity insists on continuing its brutal crimes in the region, confirming every day its disregard for human values and international laws, as it targeted a residential building Sunday in the Sayyida Zeinab area in Damascus countryside, killing dozens of civilians, including children and women, and causing significant damage to private property."
The Foreign Ministry statement added that "Syria condemns in the strongest terms these attacks and stresses that they would not have happened without the support of some countries for this terrorist entity, and calls on the countries of the free world to unite their efforts to stop war crimes and hold the Zionist entity accountable in all international forums and not to let it escape punishment."
