SANA'A June 04. 2023 (Saba) - His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today, Interior Deputy Minister, Major General Abdul Majeed Al-Murtada.
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat praised the successive successes achieved by the security services in thwarting plans of aggression, controlling crime, and enhancing security and stability.
He emphasized the interest in building and rehabilitating members of the security services and consolidating Islamic principles and values derived from the Holy Qur’an, pointing to the need to build model areas at the province and district levels.
President Al-Mashat urged the President to improve the conditions of the police stations, build, rehabilitate their employees, and take deterrent measures against those who defame the security men and distort the security achievements that have been achieved. He thanks to Allah and the efforts of the sincere men in the security establishment.
He appreciated the efforts of the traffic men, and directed attention to the traffic police during the current year to make a quantum leap in traffic work, reduce congestion, and appear worthy of traffic men.
President Al-Mashat urged citizens to cooperate with the security men in general and the traffic police in particular, indicating that community awareness has an important role in traffic discipline.
