Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll of the Zionist genocide has risen to 43,846 martyrs and 103,740 injuries since the seventh of October 2023.
The Ministry of Health said in its daily update: The enemy committed six massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 47 martyrs and 139 injuries reached hospitals during the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health.
It added: "Several victims are still under the rubble and on the roads that ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
