The Saada Governorate Tender Committee reviewed in its meeting today, headed by Governor Mohammed Awad, the reports of the Technical, Financial and Legal Analysis and Evaluation Committee for the bids submitted by contractors for public tenders.
The tenders submitted included a project to build classrooms for a number of schools and price offers for an echocardiogram device for the Maternity and Childhood Hospital.
In the meeting, which was attended by the Secretary-General of the Local Council in the Governorate, Mohammed Al-Imad, and the two deputies, Engineer Ibrahim Al-Namri and Mohammed Kaiba, the governor pointed out the importance of implementing projects according to engineering specifications and activating continuous follow-up and direct supervision of implementation.
He stressed the need for speedy completion and delivery on the specified dates with the required accuracy and specifications.
The meeting approved assigning the Executive Unit to implement the doctors’ housing project at Al-Talh Hospital and the project to build three halls for the Health Institute.
