SANA'A November 08. 2022 (Saba)- Republican Decree No. (36) of 2022 was issued on Tuesday to create National Resilience Program.

The resolution contained nineteen articles divided into five chapters:

Chapter One: Nomenclature and Definitions (Two Articles)

Chapter Two: Establishing the program, its objectives, tasks and general terms of reference (three articles).

Chapter Three: Program Management (five subjects).

Chapter Four: The Program's Financial Resources and Financial System (five articles).

Chapter Five: General Provisions (Four Articles).

Article nineteen stipulates that this decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
