SANA'A November 13. 2022 (Saba)- His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat,Head of the Supreme Political Council, met today, on Sunday, with Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance Dr. Rashid Abu Lahoum
In the meeting, President Al-Mashat was briefed on the initiatives implemented by the Central Emergency Development Intervention Unit, and what has been achieved in Al-Jawf province, according to the matrix of projects that have been approved.
President Al-Mashat praised the role of the Central Emergency Development Intervention Unit, and the speedy completion of emergency projects in various provinces.
He approved the frame of reference for the partnership between the Intervention Unit, the Ministry of Local Administration and the Bunyan and Society Foundation, to organize community initiatives in accordance with institutional frameworks, so that society and development associations are the main actors in managing initiatives and coordinating between central authorities and society.
President Al-Mashat directed the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance to visit Taiz and Al-Dhale' provinces to implement development projects in them.
