At the event, Yemen Scholars Association member Abdulmajid Sharafuddin stressed the importance of commemorating the occasion to remember the heroism and sacrifices of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of God , the defense of the land, honor and national sovereignty.
He considered the martyr's anniversary as a station to inspire pride, loyalty, honesty , steadfastness on the right, and to confirm the martyrs' path, preserve the gains they have achieved, and pay attention to their families , relatives, care for them and check their conditions.
The Dean of the Institute, Dr. Yousef Sabah, referred to the right cause for which the martyrs sacrificed and their role in thwarting the conspiracies and plans of the Zio-American aggression against Yemen. He emphasized the need to draw lessons from their sacrifices and renew the pledge to follow the path they took.
